0023: CREME BRULEE

Creme brulee is, without a doubt, my favourite dessert (equal first with food made by my grandma). It is simple, yet so divine, and, how could I not mention, cracking the top. Cracking the top of a creme brulee is a small gesture, but one of the most pleasurable life has to offer. So much so, it is mentioned in the magnificent movie, Amelie. In a nutshell, creme brulee is the best.
