0020: WALKING


Walking for exercise, walking our dog, pig, ferret or other pet, walking to work or school or even just for fun. It's so great to get out in the fresh air, open spaces and get the endorphins flowing. It is healthy, environmentally friendly, therapeutic and mind clearing.
And aren't those long walks without purpose or definate end time just exhilarating. Exploring is fantastic.
